If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal and submit a return or exchange request, please contact customer service by email at info@crawltin.com.
Once your application is approved, we will send you an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email, together with complete return instructions and warehouse receiving information.
Please pack the goods properly as instructed and ship them back to our designated return warehouse in China using compliant international couriers. The full recipient address will be provided together with your RMA document.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will complete the refund or exchange process within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account.
