Comment bien faire tremper les perles de gel d'eau
- Préparez un récipient et ajoutez-y suffisamment d'eau propre pour immerger complètement les billes de gel d'eau.
- Laissez-les tremper pendant 4 à 6 heures jusqu'à ce qu'elles gonflent, s'assouplissent et deviennent bien dodues.
- Maintenez les billes complètement immergées pendant toute la durée du processus ; Sinon, elles ne seront pas complètement imbibées et risquent de se bloquer. Si le temps d'imbibition est insuffisant ou s'il n'y a pas assez d'eau, certaines billes de gel n'absorberont pas suffisamment d'eau, ce qui peut entraîner une mauvaise cuisson ou un blocage.
